Set A services

Most AI consultants sell transformation. We sell one workflow.

Each tier has a visible boundary. We state what is included, what is not, and where compliance and human judgement remain part of delivery.

Tier 1

AI Readiness Diagnostic

A bounded assessment that identifies the one workflow most worth validating first.

£1,5002 weeks

Included

  • Review of priority workflows, available data, tools and operating constraints.
  • Baseline measures and a ranked shortlist of workflow opportunities.
  • UK GDPR and EU AI Act awareness built into the risk and control review.
  • A practical roadmap and recommendation for the next decision.

Not included

  • Production implementation or integration work.
  • A whole-business transformation programme.
  • Legal, regulatory or financial advice, or guaranteed savings.

Tier 2

AI Workflow Sprint

ONE workflow delivered end-to-end, with a measurable boundary and human control points.

£5,000–8,0004–6 weeks

Included

  • Workflow discovery, design, build, testing and controlled release.
  • One agreed input-to-output path, including exceptions and human approval.
  • Success measures, operating documentation and team handover.
  • Privacy, supplier and risk controls appropriate to the workflow.

Not included

  • A second workflow or an organisation-wide AI platform.
  • Ongoing operations after the sprint.
  • Third-party software, model or usage charges.
  • Removal of human accountability for material decisions.

Tier 3

Managed AI Operations

Ongoing care for agreed AI workflows that are already operating.

£2,000–4,000/moMonthly

Included

  • Monitoring, incident review and routine quality checks.
  • Controlled improvements within the agreed workflow boundary.
  • Operating documentation, supplier review and compliance evidence upkeep.
  • A regular review of performance, exceptions and human oversight.

Not included

  • New workflow builds or unrelated transformation projects.
  • Third-party licences, infrastructure and model usage charges.
  • Round-the-clock support or responsibility for client-side systems.

Start with evidence, not a platform decision.

The free opportunity report can help frame the first conversation. A consultant can then test whether one workflow is worth pursuing.
