  • Workflow discovery, design, build, testing and controlled release.
  • One agreed input-to-output path, including exceptions and human approval.
  • Success measures, operating documentation and team handover.
  • Privacy, supplier and risk controls appropriate to the workflow.

Not included

  • A second workflow or an organisation-wide AI platform.
  • Ongoing operations after the sprint.
  • Third-party software, model or usage charges.
  • Removal of human accountability for material decisions.

Tier 3

Managed AI Operations

Ongoing care for agreed AI workflows that are already operating.

  • Third-party licences, infrastructure and model usage charges.
