Unik Solutions Ltd (company number 15842853), of 46 Stronsa Road, London, England, W12 9LB, is the controller.

We process limited business-contact information to offer AI-workforce consulting services. We obtain company details from Companies House and business contact details from company websites and other public professional directories. The information may include company name and number, business role, business email, name where published, source and outreach history.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: identifying and contacting UK corporate organisations that may reasonably benefit from our services. We do not sell this information or use it for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We normally delete an unresponsive prospect record 12 months after collection. If you engage with us, we retain the correspondence while it remains active and for up to 24 months afterward. If you object or unsubscribe, we retain only the minimum suppression information needed to make sure we do not market to that address again.

We use service providers, including Google Workspace, to provide email and secure business systems. Those providers may process information internationally under applicable contractual safeguards. Access by authorised Unik personnel outside the UK is protected by access controls and device encryption. Access by a separate overseas organisation is prohibited unless an appropriate UK transfer mechanism and assessment are in place.

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal information. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Reply “unsubscribe” to any message or email privacy@tashfin.com; we will stop direct marketing to that address.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
